Journey So Far
Let me start with the quote "Add life to your days, not days to your life". If we invest our time to become a best version of ourselves, every action that we do either make us happy or leaves us with some nice experience, then we are adding life to our days, else days gets added to life. I’m sure that every conscious mind thrives to achieve success at a fast pace. Few years (2016) back, such like-minded people came together and started a thoughtful journey with a company that can address any business problem with data analytics capabilities, and at the same time equally focus on every employee’s satisfaction: MathCo, a company which is client focused and employee friendly.
Our company’s core values enabled us to achieve the desired goals at high speed. In 6 years, we have grown with 1500+ employees, 50+ clients spread across US, UK, and EU. We have received many accolades such as mentions in the Magic Quadrant, Peak Matrix, Deloitte and NASSCOM to name a few. We are recognised by top forums like Fortune & Analytics India Magazine, Inc 5000, Divhersity among others.

When we aim for higher benchmarks adhering to core values “BASICS” and giving our best by complementing each other’s experience, it simplifies the problem statement and helps us to overcome complex situations and achieve what we desire. CSL, Delivery, Marketing research team and Product development team should continue to work more closely than before.

Defining Ways of Working
Create an autonomous framework for delivery excellence that can be adopted across the org. as a standard. Standardize use cases for each domain like CPG, Retail, Healthcare etc and leverage the solutions for niche areas.
Enable our technical talent to speak the language of business at all levels, extracting business outcomes from each delivery to make sure that we have a unique set of talent pool in the industry. Techno-functional roles are big assets to company.

Innovative Products/Solutions
We need to come up with ‘out of the box’ strategies to showcase our products and solutions in small, medium, and big firms. Identifying the list of similar customers to hit in the beginning of year and forming a specialized teams to convert the deal are crucial steps.

Customized Client Experiences
For existing customers, the number of customized touch points needs to be increased to provide a space where they open up and share their challenges, roadmaps, aspirations to help us pitch with the right solutions within a short span of time. A team of dedicated consultants should help in building long lasting trust.
